In its latest quarterly financial report filed Monday, LSI Industries Inc. said large numbers of shareholders withheld votes for Chairman and CEO Bob Ready, for its executive vice president in charge of manufacturing James Sferra, and for Cincinnati lawyer Gary Kreider in voting for LSI's board of directors at its annual meeting in November.
Of the 20 million shares that were voted, more than 7.4 million were withheld from Kreider, 5.9 million from Sferra, and 4.7 million from Ready.
The number of withheld votes increased significantly for each of them compared to their totals of a year earlier payday loan low fee. The other three directors all received "for" votes of more than 20 million.
Ready and Sferra have been with LSI since its formation.
